With over a decade of international experience in human rights and international business law, the firm offers legal services in both litigation and advisory capacities. ÇiÄŸdem Kaya has worked with leading institutions such as the European Court of Human Rights, the Council of Europe, and the International Criminal Court. She holds law degrees from France and Turkey and provides legal consultancy in Turkish, French, and English.

With over 15 years of professional experience, ÇiÄŸdem Kaya has worked with some of the world’s most respected human rights institutions, including the European Court of Human Rights, the Council of Europe, and the International Criminal Court.
As the founder of ÇiÄŸdem Kaya Law & Consulting Firm, ÇiÄŸdem brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to justice. Her dedication to serving the community and advocating for human rights is unparalleled.
Her practice is rooted in a strong academic and professional background that spans Turkey, France, Sweden, and beyond. Holding a double law degree from Galatasaray University and the University Panthéon-Assas in Paris, she also completed a Master’s in International Human Rights Law at Lund University in Sweden. Most recently, she pursued studies in the digital transformation of law at Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
ÇiÄŸdem Kaya is fluent in Turkish, French, and English, and provides legal services with a truly international perspective. Her experience covers international human rights law, international business law, and strategic legal advisory for individuals, companies, NGOs, and international organizations.
